Rest in Me. Rest in My Name. Rest in My power. Rest in My peace. Rest in My joy, for there is coming a time, very soon, when you will have to make these choices and even greater ones.
My children, rest in Me. I know that sometimes that's not easy because the world wants you to focus on everything that's wrong. Your situations and circ*mstances will shout in your face to distract you from My rest. They will yell and shout to get you to look one way or another and not at Me.
But what I'm saying here this day is get the strife out before Me. Get the unforgiveness, the division, and the oppression out before Me. Give all those cares that I have talked about to Me. There has been so much ugliness in My body because My body has lived so much like the world that you can't see the difference.
My Glory has been restricted and held back. As you would say, it's been suppressed and pushed down, but it is now time for the maturity of My body. I said maturity. Yes, I expect it. I don't expect My children to be perfect; that's not what I'm asking of you. You will make mistakes along the way. Read in My Word how I dealt with the disciples. They were not perfect, but I didn't expect them to be, and I don't expect you to be, either.
But I do hold you to a higher standard. You have a greater covenant, and I am telling you this day, right now, walk with Me. Yes, when I first walked with My disciples, they had the Old Covenant, but when I came back, they had the New Covenant. You saw their (original) maturity level. Then you saw their faith, their trust, and their focus change.
When I was in the world in a natural human body, they were scattered all over the place. Their thinking and everything they would do all day would easily distract them. But then came a (new) maturity level, and then came My Glory. In the upper room, what happened? Oh yes, this Glory that I am bringing to you is so much greater than that of the upper room. It's greater and more powerful than the world has ever seen or known that they could even tap into. (Greater Glory) than you even knew existed. It has been held back and held down, and that's why I need you to focus on and rest in Me.
I have told you several times to cast your cares upon Me because those cares are weighing you down and putting shackles on your head, neck, arms, and feet. Shackles everywhere. Lord, how can you have shackles on your head? It's your mind and your thoughts- they enslave you. So, what I am telling you this day is to rest in Me. Yes, I repeat Myself, and I will repeat it because I need My Church and My body to rest in Me more than at any other time in your lives.
Don't focus on man. Don't focus on man. Don't let offense destroy My Glory. Don't let strife destroy My Glory. These are weapons that are used against you.Oh, it may help your feelings, but onlyfor a short time.
Your enemy is conniving, devious, and manipulative. He will get you to be one way, the complete opposite of what you need to be, right before breakthroughs. He will put these things in your path over and over and over again. So, I am calling on My children. I am calling on you today. Take the load off, you would say. Give that load, all that stress, all those cares, and all those worries to Me. Most of all, what people do not give to Me is their hurt, pain, and the things other people have done against them. They don't; they hold it. They hold it tightly, and that is where your enemy gets you.
Release those hurts.
Release those cares.
Release those situations in your life.
Release them to Me, and you will see that you can rest easy in Me, saith the Lord.
